Memo (2023): Emergency Leave Transfer Program for Employees Adversely Affected by the 2023 Mississippi Severe Storms

An emergency leave transfer program (ELTP) has recently been established to assist employees adversely affected by the destruction caused by the 2023 Mississippi Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, and Tornadoes.
