This Personnel Bulletin (PB) implements the amended Direct Hire Authority (DHA) granted by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in support of wildland firefighting and support positions. This Personnel Bulletin supersedes PB 22-03 and expires on September 30, 2027.
