Selection of IBC Deputy Director
We are pleased to announce that Steven R. Brand joined the Interior Business Center as Deputy Director. As IBC’s Deputy Director, Steven will be providing executive leadership to drive efficient and effective operations across our shared service areas of assisted acquisition, financial management, and human resources/payroll.
In more than two decades of public and military service (U.S. Marine Corps), Steven served in several senior leadership roles. He joined IBC from the Department of Energy, where he served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Resource Management. In that role, he led OCIO’s financial management, human resources, and acquisition functions.
