Federal Subsistence Regional Advisory Councils to hold public meetings
Public is welcome and encouraged to participate

The Federal Subsistence Regional Advisory Councils will hold public meetings between August and October 2024 to develop recommendations on proposals to change Federal subsistence fish and shellfish regulations for the 2025-2027 regulatory years and discuss other issues affecting subsistence in their regions.
The meetings will be held in-person. The public is welcome and encouraged to participate in these meetings in-person or by teleconference.

The meeting schedule is as follows; however, meeting dates and locations are subject to change based on weather or local circumstances:

See Meeting Announcement for meeting dates and locations

Individual teleconference numbers, passcodes, and meeting times will be provided on meeting agendas when distributed as well as posted together with all meeting materials approximately two weeks prior to each meeting and may be found here: https://www.doi.gov/subsistence/regions. You may also request to have the documents mailed (USPS) or e-mailed to you by sending your request to subsistence@ios.doi.gov or calling (800) 478-1456.

Reasonable Accommodations: The Federal Subsistence Board is committed to providing access to these meetings for all participants. Please make requests in advance for sign language interpreter services, assistive listening devices, or other reasonable accommodations. Please make requests to Katerina Wessels, (907) 786–3888, subsistence@ios.doi.gov, at least 7 business days prior to the meeting you would like to attend to give the Office of Subsistence Management sufficient time to process your request. All reasonable accommodation requests are managed on a case-by-case basis.
