Nathalie Stevens joined the OCIO as Deputy Chief Information Officer for Resource Management in 2023. She is responsible for budget, financial services, human capital, and acquisition services. Ms. Stevens has over two decades of experience in IT program management, strategic planning, and supply chain management.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Stevens served for over 20 years at the Department of State, most recently as Division Director for Logistics Systems, where she provided executive leadership to three enterprise systems, including supply chain management, service management, and federal foreign assistance.

Ms. Stevens began her Federal career at the Department of Transportation. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary, in addition to multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-PPM), and Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer’s Representatives (FAC-COR).
