“American Samoa’s commitment is truly remarkable and it’s evident today by the commemoration which demonstrates your allegiance to the United States of America,” says Assistant Secretary for Insular Affairs of the Department of Interior, Lupesinaosamoa Esther Kia’aina who was the keynote speaker at the Flag Day celebration yesterday.
