IBC Welcomes CIGIE to Its Oracle Federal Financials User Community

The Interior Business Center (IBC) is pleased to announce the completion of the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) implementation on to our Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) shared solution.
CIGIE is an independent entity established within the executive branch to address integrity, economy and effectiveness issues that transcend individual government agencies.
The OFF project also included the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), a commercial off-the-shelf acquisition solution fully integrated with Oracle Federal Financials.
CIGIE joins 17 other customers in IBC’s OFF shared solution, which integrates financial and acquisition management business processes in a shared environment providing reduced costs, effective process execution, and efficient use of agency investment dollars.
IBC is an OMB-designated federal shared services provider offering financial management services, including accounting, eTravel services, financial systems implementation and support, project management, COR services, acquisition audit and indirect cost services.
