OHA’s New eFiling System, Bison File & Serve (BFS) 

OHA is preparing to deploy the BFS eFiling system in phases, beginning with new cases before the Director’s Office, followed by phased system deployment for new cases before the Departmental Cases Hearings Division, Interior Board of Indian Appeals, and Interior Board of Land Appeals.  

OHA will provide BFS training materials, FAQs, and the contact information for the BFS Helpdesk. Those individuals and offices who appear before OHA are strongly encouraged to review the training materials and read through all BFS resources before using the system. 

This page will be updated as deployment dates and training materials become available.
