Reporting & Data Analysis Division

The Reporting & Data Analysis Division (RDAD) designs, plans, develops, and implements the strategy and processes to complete the Departmental and Bureau Annual reports required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Congress, and other federal agencies under existing legal authorities. The Division conducts statistical analyses, ensures EEOC-related compliance, and develops systems for evaluating program effectiveness and identifying and eliminating barriers to equal employment opportunity.
