Reporting & Data Analysis Division (RDAD)  

RDA designs, plans, develops, and implements the strategy and processes to complete the Departmental and Bureau Annual reports required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Congress, and other federal agencies under existing legal authorities. The Division conducts statistical analyses, ensures EEOC-related compliance, and develops systems for evaluating program effectiveness and identifying and eliminating barriers to equal employment opportunity.

EEO Complaints Processing & Compliance Division (CPCD)

CPCD coordinates, processes, and monitors all informal and formal EEO complaints. The Division adjudicates and issues all Final Agency Decisions, develops and enforces complaint-related policies and procedures, and provides technical guidance to ensure compliance with settlement agreements and remedial orders.

CID coordinates, executes, and monitors the investigations of formal EEO complaints to include drafting investigative plans, conducting investigations, and assessing investigation legal sufficiency.

Public Civil Rights Division (PCRD)  

PCR is responsible for the enforcement of federal public civil rights statutes prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability conducted by or receiving financial assistance from the Department. PCR also conducts compliance reviews, provides guidance, training, and technical assistance, and manages the processing, investigation, and monitoring of public civil rights complaints filed against the Department.
