Indigenous Ivory Arts

I work with walrus, mastodon, and mammoth ivory to produce three dimensional figurines. I also create Inupiaq masks of ivory, whale bone, and driftwood. My strength lies in mask making, especially for traditional dances (e.g., Eagle/Wolf Dance, Walrus Dance) and neo-Shamanic performance. I also create jewelry and old style etchings.
