Five Years of GAOA LRF

The Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) National Parks and Public Land Legacy Restoration Fund (LRF) authorizes $1.6 billion annually to the Department of the Interior (Interior) for fiscal years (FY) 2021 – 2025 to address priority deferred maintenance and repair (DM&R) needs at public lands sites managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the National Park Service (NPS), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), and at Bureau of Indian Education (BIE)-funded schools throughout the country.
