FP27-03:  Open Summers Lake and inlet stream to rod and reel subsistence harvest and model seasons and limits after State sportfish regulations. Restrict terminal tackle to a single hook.

FP27-04:  Change Kodiak Coast Guard Base to Kodiak CDP as area without C&T for Kodiak Area
