Conference and Special Events Branch

The Office of Facilities and Administrative Services (OFAS), Conference and Special Events Branch (CSE), offers a range of services and spaces to support meetings, conferences, and events within the Stewart Lee Udall, Department of the Interior (DOI) Building. OFAS provides comprehensive planning services tailored to various types of meetings and events, as well as technical support for audiovisual and hybrid meeting needs, ensuring seamless integration of in-person and virtual participants and events. OFAS has a variety of event spaces including shared-use conference rooms with different capacities, a 25 seat training room; a 600 seat Sidney R. Yates Auditorium; a video production studio; and various public spaces. Event consultation and technical services support the Secretary of the Interior, Secretary’s Immediate Office, DOI Bureaus and Offices, as well as external Federal Agencies that have a DOI sponsor.
