Charge Card Management

IBC provides Charge Card Support to federal Agency Program Coordinators, federal cardholders, and banking institutions.

Services include migration planning, account maintenance, coordination with the GSA SmartPay program, training on all charge card types, ensuring compliance with Federal Travel Regulations, and Help Desk support.

Charge Card Services

  • Perform migration project planning and client transition to GSA SmartPay
  • Perform liaison duties with client agencies' business lines for Acquisition (Fleet and Procurement), Financial Management and Travel
  • Provide vendor task order coordination with GSA SmartPay vendors
  • Provide Agency/Organization Program Coordination (A/OPC) services
  • Develop and deliver training for all charge card types (Purchase, Travel, and Fleet)
  • Operate the Charge Card Support Center Help Desk
