Trust Beneficiary Call Center

During business hours staff at the Trust Beneficiary Call Center can provide IIM account updates, disbursement information, check the status of a request, explain quarterly benefits, and more.

Beneficiaries can use the self-service option to check their account balance and last disbursement any time.

  • Monday to Friday - 9 am to 4:30 pm (Mountain Time).
  • Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Self-service is available 24/7/365, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
